The electronics kit series assumes you already own the base kit to assemble it on.  As seen on the box-top that is the blue assembly board.
I believe the kit is intended to make 14 different things, from a tone generator to an AM Broadcast Band radio receiver.  The components are sealed in factory plastic.  The white cardboard and instructions seem to be missing.  You are bidding on what is pictured.
