For your consideration is this amazing vintage Electric Skillet produced by the well known manufacturer Saladmaster of Dallas, TX. This listing includes the PC057 probe control, recipe book and Cleaning Instructions Quick Guide card. The skillet has been tested and works properly. It does appear to have been used, but shows minimal signs of use with minor abrasions from cleaning. The handles and power insert are all in good condition void of any breaks or cracks. It measures approximately 12 inches across and 2 inches deep. Saladmaster is still in operation today still offering quality cookware, parts and repairs to the consumer market.
