First of all, there is no "MAKE OFFER" option for this item. Father eBay forces that into the listing. Haven't figured how to make that go away. It's Master eBay messing with us. Skillet is like new. Very minor few times scratches (shown in picture). I think it's more of contact scuff than a cooking thing. Exceptional condition. Appears to have never been used. Handy for minor cooking moments. Low temp slow cooking, high temp sauteed things (onions for a couple hotdogs), quick grilled cheese or sunny-side egg (munchies food), quick wine reduction for gourmet dish; imagine the endless uses. Takes up little room on the cluttered counter top. Heats up well. Zero grime or residues. Cord even has what looks like original manufacturer's twist tie. Handle detaches to make for safer cleaning (since heating element it a sealed element). Hand clean only. As with all Teflon pans, despite "looking" clean after washing, you still need to scrub the surface of the invisible residue. That's why after a while food sticks in Teflon and Ceramic pans. It's actually sticking to the clear residue that's been hardened into the surface. Once it's baked-on, you will regret it when you throw away your expensive pans. Your Teflon and Ceramic pans will last longer with teflon-safe scour pad elbow grease everytime you use it. I only ship FREE to original 50 USA States and D.C.
