ADC Audio Development Co. Vintage Metal Tube Amplifier.
This was found as pictured. The tubes are missing, unit is very dusty.  It is not tested.  It is very heavy.
History: Fred Jeske owned an electronic repair business that closed in the early 1990s. He was a local genius who built tube amplifiers, ham radios, stereo equipment and other gadgets throughout his lifetime.   He passed away many years ago.  I recently bought the contents of his inventory from a relative who needed the stores warehouse area cleaned out. I am trying to sort tens of thousands of gadgets, parts, junk and stereo equipment. I will list these items as I get time.
